A short, honest privacy policy. No tracking pixels, no cookies, no stored inputs. This page exists to tell you plainly what happens when you use the site.
Most privacy policies are long because the products they describe do a lot of data collection. Proposal Ace does almost none, so this policy is short. If a specific practice is not listed here, it is because we do not do it.
What we do not collect
We do not set analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracker. We do not fingerprint your browser. We do not have user accounts, so we cannot track you across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because there is no data to share.
What happens when you use the generator
When you paste a job description and your profile into the generator and click the button, that text is sent to the Anthropic API to generate your proposal. The text passes through our server to reach the API. It is not stored in a database, not written to disk, and not retained in our logs. After the proposal is generated and sent back to your browser, the input is gone from our side.
Anthropic, the company that provides the underlying AI model, processes the request on their infrastructure. Their data handling is governed by their own privacy terms, available at anthropic.com. In general, Anthropic does not train models on API traffic from commercial customers, but their terms are the authoritative source.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, request timestamps, and response codes. These logs are used only for debugging and abuse prevention, and are retained for a short period before automatic deletion. The contents of your generator inputs are not written to these logs.
Children
This service is intended for adult freelancers. If you are under 13, please do not use it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and note the change at the top. Since we do not have accounts, there is no way to email you about changes, which is another reason we try to keep the data footprint as small as possible. What you see on this page is what the product does.
