The service
Proposal Ace is a free tool that generates freelance proposal drafts from the inputs you provide. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any specific proposal will win work.
Your responsibility
The proposals the tool generates are drafts. Before sending one to a client, review it and confirm that every claim is accurate. You are responsible for the content of any message you send under your own name. If the tool generates a claim about your experience that is not true, it is on you to correct it.
Do not use the service to produce content that is harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal. Do not attempt to abuse the API, scrape the site, or overload the service with automated requests.
Intellectual property
You own the proposals you generate. We do not claim any rights to the output. The underlying code, design, and brand of Proposal Ace are ours.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost work opportunities, rejected proposals, or any client relationship outcomes. The tool is a drafting assistant. How you use it is your call.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
